Lighting Instructions: 1. Arrange no more than 3 lbs into a pyramid. Refer to grill manufacturer's specifications and quantities. Open all grill vents, and leave grill uncovered. 2. Light pile of briquets immediately in several places. Do not use ligther fluid, gasoline, electric starter, or chimney style starter. Do not cover grill until ready to cook. Stand back after lighting. 3. In approxoamtely 10 minutes or when pile is predominanty ashed over, spread briquets evenly. Wait 5 minutes and begin cooking. Safe Barbecuing Tips: Do not pour lighter fluid on burning briquets. Never use gasoline to light fire. For best results, store this bag in a dry place. Do not cover flaming briquets with grill lid. Make sure ashes are cool before discarding. Grill should be placed on a level surface. Place grill away from all flammable items (trees, overhangs, buildings, etc.). Do not use in a water smoker grill. Should more cooking time be needed, add regular charcoal briquets. Close bac tightly after use.
