Cooking Instructions: Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached. Pan Fry: Cook over medium heat between 250°F-300°F until bacon reaches desired degree of crispness, turning frequently to avoid burning bacon edges and drain on a paper towel. Bake: Place bacon slices on rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 375°F oven until lightly browned. Keep refrigerated below 40 °F at all times.
