Microwave instructions are based on a 1000 watt microwave). 1 Remove links from plastic pouch. 2 Place on microwavable plate and cover with a paper towel. 3 Heat in the center of the microwave. Refrigerated: High (100% power); 40-45 seconds. Frozen: Medium (50% power); 45-90 seconds. Skillet: 1 Remove links from plastic pouch. 2 Place links in a non-stick skillet (do not preheat skillet). 3 Heat skillet to med-high and cover. Heat thoroughly, 7-10 minutes, turning links halfway through heating. Product will be hot! Uncover and remove with caution! Let cool one minute before eating. Keep refrigerated.
