Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook to 160 degrees F. Preparation Instructions: Patties are raw and should be cooked from frozen. Patties should be cooked thoroughly. The juices should run clear and the center of the patties should not be pink. Beef patties should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, as measured by a meat thermometer. Grill: 1. Pre-heat grill to medium (350 degrees F). 2. Grill patties for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through grill time. Pan Fry: 1. Pre-heat over medium heat (325 degrees F). 2. Fry patty for 13-14 minutes, flipping every 3-4 minutes. Tip from chef! Consider adding crispy jalapenos, cream cheese and jalapeno pepper jam on a a brioche bun. Keep frozen.
