Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Burgers should be cooked thoroughly. The juices should run clear and the center of the burgers should not be pink. Beef burgers should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F. Heating times and temperatures may require adjustments due to variations in appliance thermostats. Prepare from frozen state. Grill: Cook over hot coals about 4-6 minutes on each side. Electric skillet or pan-fry: Preheat skillet to 350°F (medium-high). Fry burgers 7 to 9 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Broil: Preheat broiler. Place burgers on a rack in broiler pan 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 10 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
