Quorn Grounds are not ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Ensure Quorn Grounds reach an internal temperature of 165 degree F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the stove top. Stove Top (8 Min): Quorn Grounds are deliciously versatile and can be used in place of ground beef in all your favorite recipes. Pour Quorn Grounds in a pan and add enough of your favorite sauce to cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over a medium heat for 8 minutes, or until Quorn Grounds are thoroughly heated. Microwave 1000W (8 Min): Pour Quorn Grounds in to a microwave safe bowl. Add enough of your favorite sauce to cover the Quorn Grounds and stir. Cover with platic wrap and pierce. Heat on high 6 minutes until sauce is bubbling. Stir halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Caution: Bowl and grounds will be hot and steam may escape when removing plastic wrap. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage. Always cook thoroughly. All appliances vary, cooking times are approximate.
