Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen prior to use. Food food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary. Cook from Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator and use within 48 hours of defrosting, or thaw in microwave and use at once. Use in any recipe that calls for ground meat. Cook from Frozen: Skillet/Stovetop: Preheat non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place square in pan and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Break apart to desired piece size. Raise heat to medium. Cook for approximately 12 more minutes, stirring frequently. Product will be lightly brown with some pink when cooked. Keep frozen.
