Keep refrigerated. Heating instructions: Ham is fully cooked and can be served hot or cold. Remove all packaging material including clear plastic disc over bone. Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Spoon 2 teaspoon flour into oven bag and shake to coat inside. Place ham roast inside oven bag, close with nylon tie. Place into a shallow baking dish. Cut 2 small slits in the top of the oven bag. Heat approximately 10-12 minutes per pound of ham to an internal temperature of 120°F. Grill: Do not use oven bag on grill. Preheat grill. Heat ham roast for 7-9 minutes. Flip ham roast and continue to heat for an additional 7-9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 120°F. Oven temperatures may vary, adjust heating times accordance.
