Heating Instructions: Preheat ovenfo 325 degrees F. move ham from wrappers before heating. Place unwrapped ham in shallow baking pan. Heat approximately 15 minutes per pound of ham to an internal temperature of 130 degrees F. Oven temperatures may vary; adjust heating times accordingly. Carving Instructions: Place ham on cutting board. Begin cutting at the large end of the ham and draw the knife down along the center bone. Remove the lean meat and place it on a carving board and slice. Repeat the same process on the other side of the ham. Ham is fully cooked and can be served hot or cold. Can be served hot or cold. Keep refrigerated.
