Place unwrapped ham in shallow pan with cut surface face down. 2. Add 1/2 cup of water to pan. 3. Tent ham with foil, sealing edges tightly to pan. 4. Bake in preheated 325°F conventional oven for 15 minutes per pound. 5. Let ham stand for 5 minutes before serving.
