Skillet: Preheat non-stick skillet on medium heat (2 minutes). Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place into skillet. Cook burgers for 5 minutes on one side; turn and cook on the other side for 5 to 7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165 degrees F with a meat thermometer.
