No thaw. Freezer to oven. Roasting Directions: Read all directions before roasting. Do not use microwave. The roasting bag may peel open along the seam during roasting. (1) Preheat oven to 375°F. No need to thaw. Just remove frozen turkey from outer plastic bag. Do not puncture or remove the inner roasting bag. (2) Place frozen turkey in roasting pan, with the front label facing up. Do not cover. Roast in center of oven. Approximate roasting time is 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 hours. Browning occurs without basting. (3) Check internal temperature during final half hour by inserting thermometer into thickest part of turkey breast. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 165°F. (4) Allow turkey to cool in bag for 20 minutes. In meantime, prepare gravy per packet directions. Peel open bag, lift out turkey breast. Carve and serve. Keep frozen. No thaw. Cook in bag. Cook to 165°F.
