Keep frozen. Thawing instructions: Refrigerator: Transfer desired amount of fruit to bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until thawed, about 6-8 hours. Under cold water: Transfer desired amount of fruit to zip-top bag; seal. Cover with cold running water until thawed, about 5 minutes. Microwave*: Transfer desired amount of fruit to microwave-safe plate; spread evenly into single layer. Microwave on defrost setting for about 60-90 seconds, or until thawed. Some parts may cook. Use immediately. *Microwave ovens vary; defrosting time is approximate. For food safety and best quality. Serve fruit partially frozen for best texture. Thaw only as much as needed at one time.
