Cooking Direction: (1) Place unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not piece bag. (2) Microwave on high for 8 to 9 minutes. (3) Let stand for 1 minute. (4) Use caution when removing bag from microwave package will be hot! (5) Carefully cut open bag and pour potatoes into serving bowl. (6) Toss gently with butter and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings, such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley; if desired, top with shredded Swiss, gruyere, or cheddar cheese. (7) Refrigerate any leftover potatoes within 2 hours after cooking. Cook this side up. Store in cool, dark place. Do not refrigerate before cooking. Do not microwave for more than 15 minutes. Do not place bag in conventional oven.
