For Food Safety & Quality Follow these Instructions Carefully: Microwave ovens vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook 1 product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Microwave Instructions: (1) Remove tray from box. (2) Microwave on high for 4 minutes. (3) Peel film back and stir thoroughly. Replace film on tray and microwave again for 3 to 4 minutes. (4) Carefully remove tray from microwave. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes (stand time is important for food safety). Remove film, stir and serve. Caution: Contents will be hot. Microwave directions developed with 1000 watt microwave ovens. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. For microwave ovens less than 1000 watts, please use oven instructions. Serving Suggestion: Cook mashed cauliflower according to package directions. Sprinkle with chopped cooked broccoli, crisp-cooked crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Keep frozen - do not thaw.
