For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave Oven: Cook only one bag at a time. 1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up, laying flat in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. 2. Microwave on high 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the ovals and remove from microwave with two hands. Check that food in cooking thoroughly. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir to blend, and serve. This side up. Lay flat when microwaving. Caution! Product will be hot! Keep frozen - Do not thaw. Tear here.
