This authentic Lobster Bisque soup is carefully kettle cooked with sweet, minced lobster meat, rich cream and sherry wine. Locally made and award winning, Blount Lobster Bisque Soup doesn’t rely on a complicated recipe or complicated ingredients. Blount Clam Shack is perfect for any time you are in the mood for a conveniently delicious chowder, bisque, gumbo or soup. Perfect as a lunch meal or an easy dinner bowl, heat this soup meal in the microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes, stir halfway through and let stand for one minute for a delicious snack. Directions

Heating Instructions: Stove Top: Remove lid and film. Pour bisque into a heavy saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot (165 degrees F). Do not boil. Microwave: Remove lid and film. Place container on a microwave-safe plate, loosely covered with microwavable plastic wrap or paper towel. Heat on high for approximately 5-6 minutes or until completely hot (165 degrees F), stirring halfway through heating process. Carefully remove by the plate. Microwave time may vary, adjust accordingly. Caution: Bisque and container will be hot. Keep refrigerated.
