Directions
Directions: 1. Boil water in a large pot, about 3.5 quarts per 12 oz pasta. 2. Add salt to taste, about 2 tbsp. 3. Add pasta to boiling water and stir. 4. Cook to desired bite: approximately 12-14 min. 5. Strain, don't rinse. Add a little pasta water in with the sauce! 6. Pro tip: saute pasta in sauce, approximately 1 min. Keep in a cool, dry place.
