Al dente 8 minutes. Directions: 1. Boil water in a large pot, approx. 4.5 quarts per 14.5 oz pasta. 2. Add salt to taste, approx. 2.5 tbsp. 3. Add pasta to boiling water and stir. 4. Cook to desired bite: approx. 8-10 min. 5. Strain, don't rinse. Add a little pasta water in with the sauce! Keep in a cool dry place.
