Easy Setup: Brita Elite Filters fit in all Brita Pitchers**. 1. Insert your filter into the reservoir. Press firmly for a tight seal. 2. Press and hold the filter life indicator button to reset. 3. Add cold tap water. Discard the first three pitchers or first dispenser of filtered water. Replace filter every 6 months (a) or 120 gallons. **Excluding Stream.
