3 Step Wound Care: Step 1: clean; Step 2: cover; Step 3: secure. For securing a dressing. Thick, flexible material. Comfortable, padded material provides extra protection. Directions
For best results follow 3 step wound care. 1. Clean: Gently clean the wound using a Gauze Pad (not included) mild soap and water. Carefully dry the affected area and apply medication if needed. Discard the used pad. 2. Cover: Carefully cover the wound with a Non-Stick Pad to help absorb fluid (not included). 3. Secure: Secure pad with Rolled Gauze (Rayon-Polyester blend). Directions: Use a Gauze Pad to gently clean in and around injured area with mild soap and water. Dry injured area and apply medication if necessary. Cover wound with a Non-Stick Pad or dressing. Secure the dressing in place by loosely wrapping the area with rolled gauze over the top of the dressing. Secure the end of the Rolled Gauze (Rayon-Polyester blend) with tape as needed, being careful not to restrict circulation by wrapping or taping too tightly.
