Directions: Saturate cotton pad with Micellar water. To Remove Eye Makeup: Place pad over closed eye for few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup. To Cleanse Skin: Use AM/PM. Gently wipe over skin until no residue appears on cleansing pad. No need to rinse.
