Directions

1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of rice packet and 1 tablespoon of Goya olive oil, Goya corn oil, or butter. Stir. 2. Boil 30 seconds, cover pot tightly, and reduce heat to low. Cook until rice is tender and water is absorbed, about 25 minutes. 3. Stir rice and serve. Makes 5 (1/2 cup) serving.
