Green Giant Healthy Weight is a lightly sauced blend featuring carrots, sugar snap peas, black beans & edamame. Diets rich in foods containing fiber can help you maintain a healthier body weight. One serving contains 6 grams of fiber. Green Giant frozen vegetables fits your lifestyle and your freezer. Green Giant Simply Steam vegetables are not only delicious, they come in freezer-friendly, easy-to-stack boxes, with a microwavable pouch inside. Great for a meal, side dish or snack-anytime.

Directions

Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave - (Recommended): Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwaveable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200; Time on High*: 3 - 3-1/2 min. Microwave Wattage: 1000; Time on High*: 4 - 5 min. Microwave Wattage: 700; Time on High*: 5 - 5-1/2 min. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. * Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Product will vent while cooking; a popping sound may be heard. Stove Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of water. Cover. Cook on medium heat for 9 - 15 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Break up and stir occasionally. Keep frozen.
