Directions

Cut meat, poultry, lobster in cubes, leave shrimp whole. Add Jamaican choice® curry powder, crushed garlic, sliced onion, chopped scallion, thyme. and salt & pepper to taste. Marinate 15-30 Minutes or overnight for best results. Heat oil in skillet, add meat, sauté 5 minutes. Add water as necessary to meat and poultry and simmer until cooked. Add diced potatoes halfway prior to completion. Serve over white rice, or with steamed vegetables or salad.
