Directions
Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Boiled cassava: without defrosting, place cassava in a sauce pan with enough boiling water to cover it. Add one teaspoon of salt and one of lemon juice. Cover and boil for about thirty minutes or until cassava is tender. Cassava French fries: follow boiling instructions and drain cooked cassava. Cut cooked cassava lengthwise, sprinkle with lemon juice and fry in vegetable oil until golden crisp.
