Directions

Preparation: Place noodles in bowl and cover them completely with boiling water. Cover bowl and let noodles sit 2 minutes. Stir noodles, re-cover and let sit for an additional 2 minutes. Drain noodles and rinse under cold water. Serve hot or cold.
