Directions

How to prepare. Make about 7 servings (18-24 potato pancakes) 2 large eggs. 2 1/4 cups cold water. Potato pancake mix. 1/8 in hot vegetable oil. Directions In a medium bowl, beat two eggs with a fork until blended. Add 2 1/4 cups cold water and mix well. Stir in contents of this package. Allow batter to thicken for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir.
