Good source of fiber. No MSG. This product is lactose free and vegetarian. Dear consumer, dried beans are a raw agricultural product and may contain foreign material. Please sort and rinse prior to cooking.

Directions

Cooking directions: Bring 7 cups of water to a boil. Add the contents of the large bag to the boiling water. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat for 2 hours or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add contents of small packet during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Season to taste. Makes 5 six ounce servings. For a heartier meal, try adding chicken, meat* or vegetables. *Note: if chicken or meat is added, soup is not pareve.
