Satisfy your craving for Mexican food anytime with McCormick Al Pastor Seasoning Mix. In just 20 minutes, you can make smoky, tangy, and savory Al Pastor meat to serve in tacos, burritos, or rice bowls. Taquerias prepare Al Pastor with thin slices of marinated pork slices stacked and slow roasted on a vertical spit. With our seasoning mix, the meat prep is simplified, yet as flavorful because we use Al Pastor-inspired spices like ancho chili pepper, smoked paprika, annatto, and cumin. To make our easy recipe, toss pork strips in seasoning mix and sear in a skillet. Serve in tortillas with toppings like cilantro, pineapple, and onion for tasty homemade Tacos Al Pastor.
Directions
Al Pastor: Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes 5 Servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg.
