Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen chicken pieces on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Bake uncovered from frozen for 33 minutes. Microwave: 1. Place up to 6 frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a microwave safe dish. 2. Heat for 5 minutes. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product.
