Directions

For overnight relief, take before bedtime. Senna generally helps support a bowel movement in 6-12 hours. Directions: For occasional constipation. Ages 12 years and over: Chew 4 gummies, up to 2 times daily. Ages 6-11 years: Under adult supervision, chew 2 gummies, up to 2 times daily. Under 6 years: Do not use.
