Directions

Use & Care: Allow thermometer to cool before cleaning. Wash with warm soapy water. Do not use abrasives to clean. Directions for use: 1. Clip thermometer to side of pan. 2. Adjust the clip so that thermometer is inserted into the middle level of the liquid. Do not allow tip of thermometer to touch bottom of pan. 3. Follow recipes temperature instructions and adjust stoves setting if necessary. 4. Use the red handle to safely grasp and remove the hot thermometer.
