Directions
Chow mein (serves 4): 2t Oil, 1/2 lb. Pork, beef, or chicken, cut into strips, 1 C Onions, sliced, 1/2C Sun luck sliced water chestnuts 1/2C Sun luck sliced bamboo shoots, 1C Celery, sliced 1/2C Mushrooms, sliced, 2C Vegetables, sliced, 1C Beansprouts, 1/2C Sun luck won ton soup stock. Slice: 3/4C Sun luck won ton soup stock, 1/2t Salt, 2t. Sun luck soy sauce, 2t. Cornstarch, 1 pkg. (6 oz) sun luck chow mein noodles. Stir fry meat in hot oil for 2 minutes or until done. Add all vegetables and 1/2 cup soup stock, cover, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Combine all sauce ingredients and add to vegetables. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Serve over chow mein noodles. Serving suggestions: Sun Luck chow mein noodles are the perfect ingredient for your favorite chow mein dish. For added flavor and variety, use as a topping on soups, vegetables, casseroles and even ice cream desserts; crush noodles and use in place of bread crumbs for meat loaf or as a breading crust. And Sun luck chow mein noodles are also excellent as a snack fresh from the package, you’ll enjoy their crunchy flavor. Extra crispiness: Spread noodles on a cookie sheet and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 3-5 minutes; or in a microwave use high heat for 1 minute.
