Details

Sushi Chef® Black Sesame Seed. Baycliff Company. Sushi Chef® Black Sesame Seeds are the kind used in the finest Japanese restaurants. Black sesame seeds are stronger in aroma and flavor than white seeds. After roasting, sprinkle them on rice, vegetables or salads to add a sesame flavor as well as a color accent. Try them in bread baking! Sesame seeds are best if dry roasted just before their use. Put the seeds in a heavy ungreased pan and place over medium heat. Toast for about one minute while shaking the pan occasionally. Remove from heat immediately and serve. Nutritional information.
