Ready in 3 minutes. Microwave Directions: Place noodles, vegetable 1/4 cup of water and sauce base in a microwavable dish. Cover and heat on high for 3-4 minutes. Mix well and serve. (If preparing with cooked meat, add during final minute of cooking). Get creative. Add you favorite protein and vegetables or whatever is in your refrigerator. Food/Noodles should be cooked to 165 degrees F. Caution contents are hot after microwaving. Carefully remove kitchen wrap. For extended use, freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost in refrigerator or in boiling water. Stir Fry Directions: 1 To loosen noodles, puncture pouch and microwave on high for 1 minute or rinse noodles under hot water. 2. Heat 1-2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or wok. On medium high heat stir-fry vegetables 1-2 minutes. Add noodles, 1/2 cup of water and sauce base. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes and serve.
