Kit includes: Sauce, Seasoning, Rice. Just added 1 lb of sirloin + red bell pepper. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions, refrigerate leftovers. Ready in under 30 minutes, You will need; 1 lb sirloin, sliced across grain in 1/4 inch strips. 1 medium red bell pepper, cut in thin strips (If omitting bell pepper, cook beef 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup water; reduce heat and simmer 1 to 2 minutes until sauce thickens). 1 tablespoon oil. 1 3/4 cups water. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 3-4 green onions cut in diagonal 1 inch pieces. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Cook Rice: (1) Add water, salt, and rice to 2-quart saucepan; stir. Bring to boil. (2) Reduce heat to low. cover, cook 22 to 24 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Cook beef & peppers: Mid-way through rice cook time (1) Coat beef slices with seasoning in shallow bowl or plastic bag. (2) Heat oil in 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium -high heat. Add beef and bell pepper strips; cook 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.(3) Top rice with beef and peppers; drizzle with Korean BBQ Sauce.(4) Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
