Cooking Instructions: Bring approximately 3 quarts of slightly salted water to a boil and pour the pasta into the boiling water. Cook the pasta al dente according to the cooking time and stir occasionally. Drain the pasta and dress it with your favorite sauce. Recipe suggestions: Chickpea fusilli with mozzarella and black olives (3 servings) Ingredients: 250g of pasta, 250g tomato sauce, 1 onion, 1 mozzarella, 40g black olives, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil and salt. Brown the minced onion with olive oil; then add the tomato sauce and the minced basil. Season with salt and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Cook the pasta al dente for 6 minutes in salted water, then drain it. Mix with the sauce prepared before, add mozzarella cubes and black olives. Enjoy your meal! 4-5 Minutes.
