Get the best from your pasta, cooking the Italian way. (1) Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. (2) Boil uncovered for 8 minutes, gently stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside on a sheet pan which is lightly covered with cooking spray to prevent sticking. (3) Follow directions according to desired Whole Grain Lasagne recipe and bake. Prepare-ahead tips for Barilla whole grain lasagne: (1) Whole Grain Lasagne may be prepared up to 24 hours in advance without baking it. Prepare and store the Whole Grain Lasagne in the refrigerator at or below 40 degrees. Since the Whole Grain Lasagne will be cold it will require a longer baking time, approximately 60 minutes at 375 degrees F. (2) To freeze Whole Grain Lasagne, we recommend that you do not bake it before freezing. You may assemble the Whole Grain Lasagne in a freezer safe/oven safe container, cover tightly and freeze. When you are ready to bake the Whole Grain Lasagne, defrost it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake it at 375 degrees F and increase bake time to 70 minutes.
