Cooking directions: Pour the pouch contents and 2 1/2 cups of water into a non-stick saucepan. Add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil and stir. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and continue to stir occasionally for 15-18 minutes or until water evaporates. Let risotto rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
