Cooking Instructions: Bring approximately 3 quarts of slightly salted water to a boil and pour the pasta into the boiling water. Cook the pasta al dente according to the cooking time and stir occasionally. Drain the pasta and dress it with your favorite sauce. Recipe suggestions: Green Pea Penne With Courgette and Speck (3 servings). Ingredients: 250 g of Pasta, 1 small onion, 3 courgettes, 100 gr bacon, 200 ml cream, salt and pepper, extra virgin olive oil and grated cheese. Brown the minced onion in a pan with olive oil; then add courgettes (cut in cubes) and bacon (cut in small pieces). Let it brown, add the cream and season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 10 min. Cook the pasta al dente, drain it and add to the sauce.
