Keep frozen. Do not defrost. Bring large pot of water to boil. Once boiling, add 1 tablespoon coarse or sea salt. Place Ravioli in pot. Cook 8-9 minutes. Remove pasta with slotted spoon or gently pour into strainer. Do not rinse. Immediately plate, add sauce and serve.
