Cooking instructions: You will need: Medium bowl. To mix: 2 large eggs. 2 - 1/4 cups cold water. To fry: Vegetable oil. Large skillet. Mix. In a medium bowl, beat two eggs with a fork until blended. Add 2-1/4 cups cold water and mix well. Stir in contents of this package. Allow batter to stand for 8 minutes to thicken. Stir. Fry. Drop tablespoons of batter into 1/8" hot vegetable oil in a large skillet and brown on both sides over medium heat. Serve them plain, or with sour cream or yogurt*. *If sour cream or yogurt is used, dish is not pareve. Makes: about 7 servings (18-24 potato pancakes).
