Cooking Instructions: Stove: 1. In a saucepan, bring water, salt and oil to a boil. 2. Stir in brown rice. 3. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes or until water is absorbed. Microwave: 1. In s 2 quart microwave-safe dish combine 2 cups water with 1 cup brown rice.** 2. Suggested cooking times - Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
