Cooking Instructions 1. Bring 14 cup water to a boil in medium saucepan (for softer rice add 4 cup more water. For firmer rice add 4 cup less water). 2. Stir in 1 cup Carolina Jasmine Rice with Red & Wild Rice (add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired). 3. Cover and reduce heat to low. 4. Simmer 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. 5. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
