Cooking Directions on the Stove: Bring 1-3/4 water to a boil in a medium saucepan. 2. Stir in 1 cup rice (For softer rice add 1/4 cup more water. For firmer rice add 1/4 cup less water). 3. Cover and reduce heat to low. 4. Simmer 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. 5. Remove from heat and fluff with fork.
