Low fat. See back panel for nutritional facts. Cooks in 3 minutes. Bartenura Gnocchi is Italy's favorite delectable potato dumpling dish. One thing is for sure though, once your family has tried it... you'll be serving it often.
Cooking Instructions: Pour desired amount of Bartenura Gnocchi into qts rapidly boiling, slightly salted water. Boil 2-3 minutes or until gnocchi float to top. Stir occasionally. Drain. Remaining uncooked gnocchi should be sealed in a plastic bag and placed in freezer. Do not cook in pouch. Serve it with a spicy tomato sauce, with cheese or broth. Needs no refrigeration.
