Cover the dish with aluminum foil before baking and remove the aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes of baking. Stove top preparation instructions: 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. 2. Add salt to taste (optional). 3. Add 1 pound of pasta into water and return to a boil. 4.
