Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: In saucepan, saute rice in 1 Tbsp. olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add 2 1/2 cups water and contents of seasoning pouch. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook uncovered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese (optional, but very tasty). Serve hot.
