Cook thoroughly. Thawing: Remove all packaging. Thaw in refrigerator 8-10 hours; keep fish covered with plastic wrap to stop any dehydration. Needs to be fully cooked. Do not refreeze if thawed. Microwave: Not recommended. Conventional Oven: Bake: Heat to 375 degrees F. Place fish on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Toaster Oven: Cook at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes. Stove Top: Pan fry fish over medium high heat in 1 Tbsp. oil for 6-8 minutes on each side. Cook to an Internal temperature of 145 degrees F, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Warning: May contain bones. Keep frozen. Storage: Keep frozen. Storage keeps 3-4 days with proper refrigeration.
